I spent bout 1 1/2 hours in the area where the Scissortail Flycatcher was
reported from yesterday. no luck finding the bird, but stop signs at both
ends of Dawson Lane had whitewash. The picture in eBird shows the bird
sitting on one of these stop signs.

And today's Red-throated Loon that came in on daily alert is just a Common
Loon for anyone who was thinking about chasing.
