Nov. 20, 2013: An adult male scarlet tanager in non-breeding plumage was
hanging out at Yatesville Lake WMA in Lawrence County today. It was at the
edge of the forest along a WMA road. There were a lot of flowering dogwoods on
the hillside with berries.
