[birdky] RPT: Red-necked Grebe, Indiana side of the river at Ashland Park

Brian & Brian (? and Johnson) found a Red-necked Grebe with 28 Horned Grebes
along the Indiana shoreline at Ashland Park this morning. The birds are
currently floating *over* what is normally dry Indiana land. Hopefully if they
hang in until tomorrow the river will be back down enough that they'll be in KY.
The large scaup flock upstream is hiding closer to the IN shoreline, too; at
least 3 White-winged Scoters were off Buckhead's at 1100 am.
