[birdky] RPT: Otter Creek CBC results

Fourteen observers participated in the Otter Creek Park CBC on December
21st. Mostly due to a lack of waterfowl again this year, the count total
was only about 60 species. Highlights included 8 Northern Harriers (most at
a roost site near Flaherty), 2 Short-eared Owls (this may be a count first .
. . I need to do a little research), a Loggerhead Shrike (first in several
years), 5 Red-breasted Nuthatches "dozens" of Yellow-rumped Warblers, and 8
Purple Finches.
