I went by the Cecilia area in Hardin County this afternoon ... all it took was
ONE day of warmer weather and some south breezes to quickly swell crane numbers
along KY 86; there were probably 1000 birds within sight of the road, all on
the north side of the highway (none real close); some other birds were dropping
in several miles to the southwest, just southwest of Dranes Lake.
