Birded the Falls area today from 1230 to 1430.
Birds of interest observed:
Horned Grebe 23 above railroad bridge
Bufflehead 11 above railroad bridge
Gadwall 3
Mallard 40 plus
Pie-billed Grebe 2
Am. Black Duck 2
D-C Cormorant 3
Peregrine Falcon 2 adults, one feasting on a fresh kill
Red-tailed Hawk 1
Am. Kestrel 1
Two adult Bald Eagles were reported by the staff earlier in the morning.
60 Sandhill Cranes (flyovers) were also reported by the staff.
