Is there anything else that could be at the water tower in Louisville aside
from the previously reported prairie falcon? I observed -something- there
today (1140-1200) that could be it. The more I watched it, the less I
thought it could be anything else.
Sadly, I can only attempt photos from my phone through my binos.
