[birdky] Osprey Nest at Kuttawa rebuilt.

The Osprey Nest located on a high-tension pole on Highway 295 as the highway
crosses I-24 near Kuttawa was destroyed in the ice storm.It has been rebuilt
and we have seen Osprey in the area.
The Bald Eagle nest at Barkley Dam has had a pair of eagles on and around the
nest since late January.
There were two Osprey today near the high-tension wire next to Barkley Dam
that had a nest last year.
Today there were over 220 White Pelicans below Barkley Dam. There was less
than 100 below Kentucky Dam.
