Quick birding for migrants at Levi Jackson State Park near London on Saturday evening yielded a rose-breasted grosbeak, palm warbler and a yellow-rumped warbler.

Yesterday morning, Saturday, at the Farnsley/Moreman community garden I
heard what I thought was a house wren calling in the garden next to mine. When I saw it through binoculars I discovered it was a Lincoln sparrow, there were 3 and seemed to be together. I went back today with spotting scope and i-pod
but they must have gone on. Celia Lawrence, Louisville
