I was supposed to be running errands today . . . . . but I had to check out
Fishing Creek . . . .
Fishing Creek Rec. Area:
Surf Scoter 9
Horned Grebe 9
Merlin 1 (pretty blue backed male)
Long-billed Dowitcher (PC Park side)
Waitsboro:
Common Loon 5
Horned Grebe 66
Northern Pintail
Canvasback 11
Redhead 350+ (with the bad lighting and wind shake, I'm sure I missed many of
the females)
Ring-necked Duck
Greater Scaup
Lesser Scaup
Surf Scoter 13
Bufflehead 55+
Red-breasted Merganser
Ruddy Duck
Bald Eagle 2 adults (one went after one of the birds until it finally caught it)
Twin Lakes:
Ross's Goose
I didn't finish many errands!
