The cool dry air of the last few days has produced conditions similar to spring in my part of Kentucky. Yesterday afternoon, the chattering and flittering about of small birds caught my attention as I walked by the lower branch of the Catalpa tree. Actually it was a small gathering: 3 Titmouse(smaller than adults) 1 Chickadee 1 Blue-gray Gnatcatcher I normally have this experience at my farm in April.
