LIght snow most of morning.
Wood Tract (both north and south of 268) at the Sloughs has lost 90% of the
water.
Only found 4 Tundra Swans found at Horseshoe Road slough.
No Bald Eagles seen.
Rusty Blackbirds very abundant.
I stopped by Uniontown river front: several hundred Ring-billed Gulls, 30
Double-crested Cormorants, Crows, and several Turkey Vultures.
