Had a Great-crested Flycatcher on 4/23, a Wood Thrush yesterday (4/29) and an Eastern Wood Pewee today. I think that puts in place the last of the straggler summer residents. Several species have arrived later in our yard this year compared to surrounding areas. Maybe the incredible numbers of new mowing and blowing machines in our neighborhood is a factor.
