There were a group of Beckham Bird Club members at the Falls of the Ohio
this morning and we saw a nice assortment of shorebirds which included:
Wave Rock area:
ruddy turnstones -2
bairds sandpiper -2
buff-breasted sandpiper -2
golden plovers -2
semipalmated plover -1
stilt sandpiper -1
sanderlings -5
pectoral sandpiper -1
spotted sandpiper -1
peregrine falcon - bathing
Observation Deck Area
sanderlings -4
osprey flyover
