[birdky] Duck/Goose? ID

Went down to Big Four Bridge for first walk across the Ohio River, just camera,
no binoculars. As I was leaving, I noticed this raft of ducks/Geese? floating
down the river. At first, I thought white pelicans, but no... When I got off
the bridge, walked over to edge of river and zoomed in with my camera. This is
the best I could do and cropped photos to give closer look. Some of these look
to have a black body with a white head, others look all white. The 3rd photo
shows some across the river, resting on the Indiana side. Can anyone ID from
these not-so-good photos?
