I forgot to mention that an eBird "stakeout" hotspot is soon to be approved for
mapping the Western Tanager. This keeps eBird the most neat and tidy if the
stakeout hotspot is used by everyone.
Also ... the Boone County Rufous Hummingbird has not been seen since Wednesday,
I think.
The Oldham County Rufous continues to be seen; contact information for the bird
previously posted to BIRDKY is pasted below:
Anyone wishing to see the hummer can contact Anna Perry, the host, by email at
aperrydmd AT gmail.com (obviously replace *AT* with *@*) ... or by text or call
to 502 314 5911. Anna lives on Foxboro Road on the northeast side of town, but
I will let her provide you with the street address. Google Maps takes you to
the correct location. Be careful on the drive as it has several water diversion
humps as it goes downhill to the house.
