Observation date: 9/24/10  (from 0830 to 1130)

Notes:  Hiked to the outer fossil beds hoping to find more shorebirds, low 
numbers but lots of killdeer.

Black Vulture   85     (observed approx 70 black vultures rising in a thermal 
at 11:00 above the railroad bridge).

Solitary Sandpiper   1
Greater Yellowlegs   1
Lesser Yellowlegs   3
