Late this morning there were 4 black scoters mid-river last seen in a group near the Second street bridge. Another was downstream of the power plant sitting on shore with several mallards with 4 green-winged teal nearby. One common loon, 5 horned grebe, 6 bufflehead, 6 lesser scaup and 2 ringed-neck ducks were also right above the Falls. From the interpretive center we had 3O gadwall, 4 wigeon, 6 black ducks, 2 bonapartes and 5 herring gulls.
