[birdky] Bald Eagle Nest

Noted an adult bald eagle in incubation posture at the KY Dam Area nest today.
Interesting that the pair construced a new nest only about 40 yds from their
original nest and are using the new smaller nest. Has anyone noticed if the
large nest below Barkley Dam in the large meadow with scattered trees about a
mile east of the river is active and if it is a bald eagle nest? The nest
looks rather large but I did not stop. Traveling west on Hwy 62 the large
meadow is on the left side of the road not far from the Barkley Dam entrance
road and sign on the east side of the river. Ed Ray, Hopkins Co.
