Awhile ago Laurel Fuson sent me a photo of six Surf Scoters (including 3 ad.
males!) that she took this afternoon on the Ohio River opposite the entrance to
Glenview (this is just opposite the upstream end of Six-Mile Island) where the
biggest flock of White-winged Scoters was last winter (14-15). She said there
were also 3 Common Loons in the same vicinity.
