Saturday the Somerset club had a field trip to the Little Lick area of the DBNF. Below is our list of vireo's and warblers. Victory) Black-throated Green Warbler Yellow-throated Warbler Pine Warbler Prairie Warbler Cerulean Warbler Black-and-white Warbler Prothonotary Warbler (Bee Rock) Worm-eating Warbler Swainson's Warbler ( I've never seen one give such a long and great view! It sang and preened and flew back and forth across the road into another thicket several times.) Ovenbird Louisiana Waterthrush Common Yellowthroat Hooded Warbler Yellow-breasted Chat On Sunday I did the Hustonville BBS and recorded 70 species including a pair of Cedar Waxwings with one on a nest and the other beside the nest.)
