Birding on this delightful Indian summer day in our backyard "wilderness
area" I discovered a very late, very beautiful Northern Waterthrush. It was
walking among the rocks and gravel covered water created by a spring. Calling
Pat on
our two way radios, she rushed down to also see the warbler. The woods seemed
to be filled with birds today. I guess they're enjoying this weather as much
as we are.

Good birding to all of you,
Jane Bell
Eastern Jefferson County
