After a quick glance at my eBird records, I remembered seeing a Sora at
Spindletop April 4th of last year. Maybe if we're lucky, a group of us could
flush up a rail!

Hey everyone, join me if you'd like on Saturday morning for a jaunt around
Spindletop. We'll particularly be looking for sparrows! Counting the
junco/towhee we'll see how close to 10 we can get (field, song, tree, savannah,
fox, white-crowned, white-throated, swamp, chipping, vesper, lincoln's,
grasshopper, henslow's)! This will also be a great chance to look for rusty
blackbirds for the Blitz. Let's meet at 8:30a at the parking/commuter lot by
McDonald's there on Newtown Pike.
