As you know, a birder cannot turn off birding no matter what activity they
are doing outside.  The run started in the morning mist with a loudly
calling Whip-poor-will. Warblers included Prairie, Louisiana Waterthrush,
Ovenbird, Hooded, Black-and-white, Black-throated Green, Yellow-rumped,
Yellow-throated, and Pine.  I also heard White-throated, Red-eyed, and
Blue-headed Vireo along the way.  Other migrants included Blue-gray
Gnatcatcher and what I suspect was my FOS Indigo Bunting.

The run was muddy but the scenery spectacular as we ran by Yahoo Falls,
Yahoo Arch, Princess Falls, many miles along the Big South Fork of the
Cumberland and finally arrived at the Blue Heron Mining Company.
