If you have not yet stopped by the causeway between Reservoirs 2 & 3, go check
it out. There has been a good variety of waterfowl to be seen, including
Northern Shoveler, Gadwall, Mallard, American Black Duck, Northern Pintail,
Canvasback, Redhead, Ring-necked Duck, Lesser Scaup (maybe Greater as well),
Bufflehead, Common Goldeneye, Hooded Merganser, Common Merganser, and Ruddy
Duck. Also reported as being seen were Bald Eagle and Osprey.
Take a scope and/or a friend with a scope as some of the birds are at a
distance. Remember to bundle up!
