I have decided to change the name of the ASK list serve to better represent all
the active birders in central Kentucky, including those from both active
birding clubs here in Lexington. The new name "BIRDCKY" for birding in central
Kentucky, is reflective of that. I encourage both birding clubs to use this
list serve for club communications and reports of sightings around the area as
well as anyone unaffiliated with either group who wants to report sightings,
notifications of central Kentucky birding activities, or discuss appropriate
topics.
All current subscribers have been moved over to the new list serve. The only
change that you should see is that list serve posts will now be coming from
BIRDCKY@xxxxxxxxxxxxx instead of ASK@xxxxxxxxxxxxx. In addition, to post, you
will now need to use the "BIRDCKY@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" email address to post to the
list serve.
The ASK@xxxxxxxxxxxxx list serve will be deactivated.
I truly hope this change does not alienate any of the current ASK list serve
subscribers. If it does please feel free to unsubscribe from the new list
serve. We will miss you.
