Hit a few of the LBL region's winter birding hotspots as we look for

Winter brings some of the best wildlife viewing experiences as eagles,
merganser, loons, and more converge on LBL. On Saturday, we will search
out wintering eagles during a History of Eagles in LBL tour and Cross
Creeks National Wildlife Refuge waterfowl tour. $40/person, lunch

One of the best wildlife-viewing hotspots in our area is Cross Creeks
NWR in TN. Let's explore this bottomland habitat in search of harriers,
sandhill cranes, eagles, & thousands of migrating ducks. Morning is your

PELICAN & EAGLES: MARCH 18 & 24, 2012
Tints of green dotted amongst the trees indicate a crucial moment for
Kentucky's two largest birds. Pelicans begin their long journey north
and bald eagles begin to nest. Join us in search of both species as they
display some unique and endearing behaviors. $7/adults and $5/children.

WARBLER WEEKEND: APRIL 20-22, 2012
Southern breezes and gentle rains bring out some spectacular winged
wonders, like warblers and other songbirds. Join us in search of
tanagers, towhees, and warblers. Experience the immense natural
diversity of the LBL region as we seek out hidden hotspots. On Sunday,
we will stop by the woodlands nature station for some breakfast and
