I noticed an unusual number of ducks on the pond at the entrance to
woodhill neighborhood off tates creek and returned quickly with my
binoculars, counted 67 red heads, 6 greater scaups ( I think) and one
diving duck I couldn't ID. Maybe a type of scoter but I'm not sure, I
can't match what I saw to anything. I have pictures of the scaups if
anyone would like to take a look and see if they can help with the ID.
Really good looks at the ducks as the pond is small.
Oh, And and some mallards and Canada geesians .
