6 of us (Jim Hodge, Jeff Noffsinger, Ramesh Bhatt, Jeanne Van Arsdale, Gail and
myself) met in Versailles for the trip to Cecelia. We probably saw in excess
of 1500 cranes. The birds were concentrated along KY 86 which is too busy for
crane viewing. We did find a few on some of the side roads and got some good
views. No Whooping Cranes were to be found.
