Interesting.  Come to think of it, I've never seen one alone.  
Maybe s/he's lonely (lost, or injured), and the coots are the best company s/he 
can find!

The BBWD was still at Lake Reba at noon.  As reported, it is at the boat ramp 
parking lot, near the bathrooms, pretending to be a coot.
