For those interested the new meeting of the local chapter or National Audubon
will be this Wednesday, 3/13 at 7:00 pm at the Good Foods Co-Op (455 Southland
Drive, Lexington)in the Rochdale Room (Cafe's additional seating). It's not all
business, so by all means come. All members (and non-members who'd like to be
members) are welcome to attend!We'll probably go to dinner after the meeting,
dining establishment to be determined.Planned for the evening's topics: chimney
swift tower planning update and sight selection committee, Arboretum Birdhouse
entry opportunity, science fair pictures and update, movie night and other
summer events schedule planning.
Also, on Friday (3/15), there will be a Woodcock Watch/Walk at 7:00 pm at the
Raven Run Nature Sanctuary (3990 Raven Run Way, Lexington). NOTE: Must
pre-register by calling 859-272-6105.
