We have an internal system that was created in 2011 we have been using.
However, we are contracting to move to Maxient after reviewing a number of
systems over the past year, and determining this would best suit our needs
(we'll be sharing the system with our Dept. of Residence).

Subject: [big12conductdir] Conduct Database Used?
At Baylor, we are currently using the Advocate/Symplicity database for student
conduct records. We are interested in knowing what conduct database other
schools are using and if schools are pleased with the database being used. Any
feedback would be appreciated.
