I too have heard this. It does seem like it came from Ferguson. Could it have
been verbal, such as in a class or chapel presentation? I don’t know.
I searched the LOGOS software module "The Church of Christ A Biblical
Ecclesiology for Today” by Ferguson for what might be key phrases: “all
together,” “it together,"“put it,” “not unknown,” etc. Unfortunately, I did
not get the desired hit.
