Onderwerp: [bestuur] Bestuursvergadering
Beste allen,
Ik kan niet ontkennen dat ik een beetje ontgoocheld was te horen, nadat
iedereen had toegezegd (op Frank na) dat het OK was voor vanavond, dat 4 onder
ons niet meer kunnen. Het zij zo, maar voor de toekomst moeten we het dan
anders aanpakken. Dus vanavond gaat NIET door.
Om een andere datum te prikken gaan we het volgende doen:
Elke onpare maand (sept, nov, jan, maart en mei (juli laten we vallen)) houden
we in ieder geval een bestuursvergadering op de LAATSTE maandag van de maand.
Dus de eerstvolgende vergadering gaat nu door op maandag 24 sept bij mij thuis.
Zo kan iedereen lang genoeg op voorhand zijn agenda inplannen en deze avond
reserveren. Indien je niet kan, geen probleem, laat iets weten, doch de
vergadering gaat gewoon door met de aanwezigen.
Ik stuur een kalender uitnodiging uit voor de komende 5 vergaderingen.
