To add to narayanan,
We went for a vacation to Singapore & Malaysia last sep. We took a train from
Singapore to KL. The train station in Singapore is worse than our “Ariyaloor”
station. The train service was horrible. This shows that “Eventhough we have a
long way to go in terms of improving our infrastructure, but we are still not
too far behind”. FYI, we are running the largest network of railway services.

HAPPY NEWYEAR !!
In this new year my message is please do not distribute any mail which will
decrease the image of INDIA. Every country has good and bad things.
For your information I have shocked to see the hand post signals
(kai katti maram) and manual point changing , still being used in some portion
of Germany, when I was there. These systems are obsolate in India many years
ago. I have attached the photographs of same.
India has at present the best railway in NewDelhi Metro.Image attached. The
stations are very clean and like any foreign country they are maintaining. Soon
such things will be in Bangalore also.
Please distribute such Images.
