[bcbirdclub] Sparrows are showing up

White-crowned, Swamp,White-throated,Field,Chipping and Song Sparrows have all
been seen this week. The House Wren showed up a couple of days ago just like
they usually do in October and a couple of Mockingbirds are hanging around.
This morning I jumped an unusual American Woodcock while walking near one of
the weedy fence rows! I hope it hangs around for Saturday's Sparrow Day
celebration. The weather forecast has improved for Saturday, hope to see many
of you here!
