[bcbirdclub] Shrikes at Gray

I went down to see the Loggerhead Shrikes on 07-11-2009 that Ron
Harrington posted about on the 10th. They were still there although I did
managed to spot four of them, I also saw the Red Headed Woodpecker (1), I
also got good looks at a low flying Red tail hawk souring above the red
brick house, I managed to get a couple of pictures of the shrikes, I wish I
had took my big lens so I could have gotten better photos, they allowed me
to get very close within 15 ft at one point. The shrike was making a fuss at
me so I let it be. I had to crop a little so the picture is fuzzy, but you
can see it's a Loggerhead Shrike. This was a life bird for me thanks Ron.
