Eight members of the RCBC went to Hidden Valley Lake for the regular May meeting on Tuesday, May 28. The trip was fun, but the consensus was that the trip should be held early in the month before the trees have leafed out so much. Several birds gave good views nonetheless including a Scarlet Tanager, Cedar Waxwings, a Black-throated Blue Warbler, and a Blue-headed Vireo.
