Wish we could have found that bird on Sparrow Day. Interestingly, Roger, we had 2 White-crowned show up at our feeder Sunday morn. Once again we have same day sightings. Happens a lot! By the way , I couldn't resist going by our family's cemetary yesterday after the Anhinga sighting of Saturday and I'm glad I did. The power-line cut beside the cemetary offered up a House Wren , Ruby-cr Kinglet and a Brown Thrasher. A Red-sh Hawk sailed overhead this time, alas, no Anhinga. Yellow-rumped Warblers and Chipping Sparrows were thick as thieves!
