On a non-birding note, several of us converged on SWCC Appalachian Center in
Wardell this afternoon where our good friend, David Raines, was part of a
musical/story telling event. You missed some great entertainment as Rema
Keen led an ensemble presentation. Brother Dave contributed some banjo
licks, some vocals, some guitar, and a Jack tale. Thank you, David. We're
proud of you.
