Mamaw just ask me yesterday if birds were nesting yet... She said she has seen
a lot of activity going on under her carport.

Hi All,
Yesterday, when I was in our outbuilding, I saw a Carolina Wren fly from one
of the rafters. They have nested in the building before, so I started looking
around. In a roll of wire hanging on the wall was a half finished nest. I
checked it again today and it seems to be about two thirds complete.
I hope they don't start laying too early. We still have some cold weather to
go through.
