I had just Googled that myself because I wasn't familiar with that bird. Seems
to me that a Stellars Sea Eagle or even an Osprey would be a better fit for a
"Seahawks"? Turns out that this bird is common in Africa where it is commonly
known as an Augur Buzzard.
