BBC JOINT MEETING FINANCE TEAM
MEETS TODAY, THURS. MAY 3, 5 P.M.
UPSTAIRS BOARD ROOM
BRISTOL PUBLIC LIBRARY
OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS
Last minute reminder that the finance team for the TOS / VSO joint meeting
will gather in the board room of the Bristol Public Library today (Thurs.) at
5 p.m. It is just a few doors down on the right from our regular meeting room.
If you have new or old information about any financial information regarding the
joint meeting, please email them quickly or bring them. I just lost the ink
cart. on my printer and it is not printing.
If you can provide us any costs or estimates that you have for your area
of responsibility, then forward that to one of us or bring it or whatever.
Just
get it to us.
This meeting is open to any BBC member who is interested. Come contribute.
Finally, we made an initial draft budget last October which Roy, Dave and myself
worked on. Now, with better numbers and a more accurate determination of
expenses and participants, we will rebudget and this will be our plan.
Keep in mind that the budget should not be a restricting tool. It is a plan of
actions for things to accomplish and we express those goals with round figure
numbers to the nearest $10. Among the goals are a broad view of revenue
and a broad view of expenses as well as a broad view of what the club will
realize.
