Hi all, I am sitting here on my couch listening to the serenade of snowplows
and shovels outside my front door. It is difficult to believe that we will ever
experience the warm rays of sun, smell of flowers in bloom and all of the new
hopes and new beginnings that Springtime will bring us. However, before we know
it that will actually happen. With Spring also comes one of the Bay State
Council of the Blind's favorite traditions, and that is the Spring conference.
2021, will be no exception. We will hold our Spring conference in the safe
confines of the Zoom conferencing platform. The dress code is casual, and the
fun is free. So, get your comfy slippers and favorite easy chair ready for
three full days of great content. Once again, we will continue with our
traditional 3-day format. The conference will be held on April 23, 24, and 25
2021. We will have a morning session starting at 9 AM, an afternoon session
starting at 1 PM, and even a special evening event each day. As we get closer
to the conference date more specific information will be available.
