[battlefield] New Router and issues fixed

Well not my personal issues but......
So my router died completely on Friday. I was really pretty upset because I
bought it July 22 2013. and it it now out of warranty. This is the second
to the highest Netgear router.
Tmobile is running a promotion that for 25 dollars they will give you an
ASUS AC1900 router. It is preconfigured with QOS for WIFI calling. That is
the entire catch, if you can even call it that.
My old router: Ping 8-12 ms, Down speed: 28-30 Mbs, Up Speed: 5-6 Mbs
New router: Ping 8-12 ms, Down speed: 28-30 Mbs, Up Speed: 5-6 Mbs
Difference is, with the old router, Netflix was slow to load, Youtube would
be constantly pausing and BF4 was jittery. How many times would you hear me
screaming "Ohhh Come on! Bullsh1t!"
Last night the wife fired up Netflix and it loaded immediately and HD. I
played Youtube videos all night in HD, and didn't pause or drop a frame
once, then I playe BF4 and it was the most fluid gameplay ever. If I got
shot it was either a sniper or felt legit.
So apparently ping, and download speeds are not the whole story because
both were great with the old router but it still sucked @$$.
I can't wait for gaming tonight!!!!
