You must have a huge cat. Mine is a pretty large one and he manages to get
it in the box. He's about 30 pounds too.

since it's in the basement no worries.
My cats did adjust to it but my male cat is too fecking big and doesn't
fit in the damn thing so he sits his ass on the edge and sh1ts and p1sses
on the floor from within it. My other smaller cat had no issues. I have had
to go back to a conventional litter box for the male cat.
There is no bad smell from it.
Granules do need to be replaced every few months or so, as they stick to
my cats paws and then they are all over the fecking floor.
