[bas] Walther PPQ M2 Factory "dimpled" 10-round Mags not legal in Connecticut?

By all accounts, the Walther PPQ M2 is a great gun.

However, if you are interested in one, here is something to keep in mind.

On the Walther store page for the factory 10-round mag it says:

PPX & PPQ M2 Dimpled 10rd Magazines (like these) are not available for sale in 
California or Connecticut. See Product Restrictions by State

information

Apparently, they are too easy to modify to full capacity. Presumably by simply 
drilling out the dimple.
