We'd love to have more tables - specifically - Safe tables!
I could really go for a safe table on every pistol range. Take a peek at the
design on the range to the right of the clubhouse next to the left berm. It
has a shelf below for storage and 4 inch back splash on the table top. A
design like that would be ideal. The use of safe tables really makes a big
difference in safe gun handling and the storage shelf below can hold shooting
supplies like tape, target clips, etc...
Please let us know if you need to be reimbursed for materials. I'm sorry I
can't I'd offer to help you with the labor, I live on a hobby farm and I'm
completely bogged down this time of year.

years) new member. I enjoy pistol shooting and had the pleasure of shooting
with Barry, at his invitation, after my interview Saturday. While I do not
have plans to be a competitive shooter, I will enjoy using the ranges. I
noticed the picnic tables are in poor shape at the range we were using. Barry
mentioned that new tables might be in future plans. He mentioned a different
design might be better/safer than a standard picnic table. I’d like to help.
I’m a carpenter with access to a fully equipped shop. Both my son and I need
to complete a work project for our membership. This might be a great way to do

It might be raining pretty good tomorrow night so we might have a
cancellation...But if it isn't - Stage Master Barry Berger will set up a couple
of stages and we can have a practice IPDA match. I've loaded Practiscore (see
link below) onto my phone, to handle electronic scoring. It's a free app and
if other folks load it onto there phones we can sync up match information and
score multiple shooting squads at the same time. (LOL - That's what they say
on their website anyway!) https://practiscore.com/ If you send me the
following information, I will start to build the shooter database in the app:
- First name
- Last Name or initial only - your choice
- e-mail address
- USPSA membership number (don't have one yet - no problem!)
- IDPA membership number (don't have one yet - no problem!)
- phone number (optional)
When the match is complete the results are synced again and available on the
devices and posted to the internet. Pretty cool stuff! In other news Mike has
asked me to make a quick pitch to the new club members this Thursday night.
