Good morning,
Has anyone ever tried to delete a student account from turnitin.com? We
have a few duplicate student email accounts and we want all students to use
their school email address for their sign-in accounts, so I want to delete
the gmail, hotmail or yahoo accounts. I tried looking it up on turnitin's
Help Desk but couldn't find an answer so I am turning to your collective
wisdom. Any help is appreciated since I have trouble making the folks at
turnitin.com understand my problems. It took me over a month to straighten
out a problem via email in the past.
