I've found it to be helpful in finding some harder to find articles. Since
the authors upload their own articles and I've already found the citation
elsewhere, I have trusted it.

I wouldn't start a search there, but if I am having trouble finding full
text, it seems to be a good place to check.

i've seen this before. Who is handling peer review? What is the quality of

skeptical.
